The Blue Water Marina located in Margate City, New Jersey with a waterfront of 200 feet, is accessible from the Intercostal Waterway (ICW) with an Atlantic Ocean approach via the Great Egg Harbor Inlet at 39° 19’ 29”N and 74° 31’ 10”W and approximately 3 miles south of Atlantic City, New Jersey. The marina is a functioning tie-up facility with 47 slips for transient nontrailerable recreational vessels. There are two 275 foot floating piers including private restrooms and shower facilities as well as a stand-alone office building.
